Our system ingests your selected past exam paper + your typed answer script as
inputs for our sophisticated weighted marking engine which in turn marks your work giving you
examiner level grading and feedback.
Q
What do I need to submit?
A
We need you to choose the correct past paper from the drop-down and paste a
digital version of your answer script. If your work is handwritten, you should convert it to
typed text first.
Q
Can you mark every paper I search for?
A
Currently we only mark English papers that are currently supported and
available on the platform. If a paper does not appear in the search box, it means it is not yet
available for marking yet.
Q
What kind of feedback will I get?
A
We aim to give clear question-level marks and useful feedback to help you
understand what went well and what to improve next time as you prepare for the exam.
Q
Can I mark part of a paper or a single question?
A
Yes you can. However, if you submit only part of a paper which renders your
script incomplete against the full exam paper's expected answers, we mark the question but limit
the overall result we show. In particular, we won't be able to grade your paper but will show
total marks scored.
Q
How do credits work?
A
We use a credit-based system for marking. Your payment is converted into
credits, which are then used each time you submit a paper or request a model answer. The number
of credits used depends on the paper or marking type, and your remaining balance is always
visible in your account.
Q
What happens if something goes wrong during marking?
A
If a marking attempt cannot be completed properly, we handle it fairly by
refunding the full credits to your account. All transactions, including refunded credits, are
clearly recorded and visible in your profile.
Q
Can I track my account and credits?
A
Yes. We show your credit balance in your account area so you can keep track of
what you have available.
Q
What should I do to get the best marking result?
A
If you have converted your handwritten script to digital, ensure it accurately
reflects your original work and is properly formatted for submission. On the platform, select
the correct paper that matches your script before submitting it for marking.
Q
Where can I get the past exam papers used on the platform?
